Catterick

Preim has been the managing agents for Annington Homes’ ex-MOD estate in Catterick, North Yorkshire, since 2011 and in that time has been instrumental in establishing and administering the community’s Residents’ Management Company (RMC).

Alongside maintaining key community amenities and green spaces, on direction of the RMC, Preim has seen the estate benefit hugely from the community-ownership model. The estate is a fantastic example of our continued, long-term partnership with Annington Homes and Preim’s commitment to develop and grow our relationship as we evolve our management services into an enduring and proactive contribution to the Annington communities.

A fantastic recent example has been the resurfacing of privately-owned roads in the development, which had become an eyesore and inconvenience for residents. The RMC, with the expertise and guidance of Preim, was able to initiate the resurfacing and effectively manage the project – with everything from tendering to cash flow analysis accounted for.
