Our opening hours
Our office is open from 8:30am to 5pm Monday-Thursday and from 8:30am to 3:45pm on Fridays.

In an emergency
Our 24/7 helpline has been designed to assist you in the event of an emergency. For a full breakdown of what is classified as an emergency, please visit in an emergency.

Calls not classified as an emergency outside of working hours will be relayed to the relevant person on the next working day.
