Shivraj is Latest Addition to Our Growing Team

We are excited to introduce Shivraj Bhavra to the Preim team as a new Assistant Property Manager.

With a strong background in customer service from his previous role at Nest Pensions, Shivraj’s passion for people fits in well with the ethos of our growing company.

Alongside the rest of our Property Management team, Shivraj will work closely with residents and contractors to maintain the highest standards across our portfolio.

Shivraj has already had an enthusiastic start to his new role. His strengths lie in connecting with people, and he is enjoying the social and communicative aspects of his new responsibilities. He’s already taken great strides to get to know the different stakeholders on the estates on which he works, so that he can ensure that everything runs smoothly – whether it’s resolving issues for residents or collaborating with contractors.

He said, “I already feel lucky to be working with an amazing team and can’t wait for the future adventures and accomplishments we’ll share.”

When Shivraj isn’t ensuring impeccable property management, you can find him either hitting the golf course or enjoying the energy of a rave – and energy is certainly something he is bringing to his new role.
