Q: Welcome to Preim – can you tell us a little about your role with the company and what your responsibilities are?
A: The role of Head of Support Services is to oversee all support service functions including service charge accounts, credit control, utilities administration and company secretarial to ensure that these services are delivered in accordance with Preim’s contractual obligations and procedures.
Q: What previous experience do you have / what did you do before joining Preim?
A: Previously I worked for a large residential managing agent for nine years where I held the position of Service Charge Accounting Manager, overseeing a department of 12 Client Accountants. During my time at my previous company, I became both AAT and CIMA qualified.
Q: How do you see your role making a difference to residents and / or other members of the Preim team?
A: I see my role as one which promotes continual development and improvement across all support service functions through collaboration and leadership. My aim is to shape a motivated and high performing team which provides seamless financial and legal administration to both our external clients and work colleagues.
Q: Tell us a little about your interests or hobbies outside of work?
A: Outside of work you will usually either find me on the golf course, in the garden tending to my vegetable plot or in front the television with my head in my hands watching Arsenal lose again!
