Preim staff join forces to litter pick at Oakham Heights

At Preim, one of our key roles on any development we manage is to keep the open and communal spaces looking great, all year round

A team from our head office took that responsibility to heart recently, when they joined forces in a staff-led litter pick event at the Oakham Heights development, in Rutland.

Armed with bags, gloves, (and hats and coats to see off the rain and cold), Preim staff hit the streets to tidy up the development for the local community. The litter pick did a great job in enhancing the development for residents, but it was also the perfect opportunity for staff to come together as a team and enjoy some time out of the office!

The litter pick was not only about cleaning up public spaces. We also wanted to raise awareness about the importance of responsible waste disposal and the impact of litter on the environment.

The team collected a significant amount of litter, ranging from plastic bottles and packaging to cigarette butts, showcasing the diverse range of waste found in everyday public spaces.
