Meet Our New Assistant Property Manager, Tyler Beckwith

Tyler Beckwith, Assistant Property Manager

We are experiencing an exciting period of growth right now and our teams are expanding. Our newest addition is Tyler Beckwith, and we are thrilled to have him on board as our new Assistant Property Manager.

Tyler joins us from Advanced Handling LTD, where he worked as a Purchasing and Service Administrator.

Tyler said, “I was ready for something new. After seeing the job ad and learning a bit more about Preim, I knew that this could be a fantastic opportunity to start a very successful career with a rapidly growing business.”

 His key responsibilities will be to help our Estate Managers maintain their portfolio of estates, including going out to contractors to get quotes for repairs, sending grounds maintenance contracts out for tender and keeping on top of important communications with a variety of stakeholders.

Tyler added, “I know no two days will be the same and I’m excited to dive into the world of property management.”

Outside of work, Tyler is an avid golfer and with the warmer weather coming up he is hoping to get back out on the green and reduce his handicap from 22 to 15.

He is also an outdoors enthusiast, and recently started hiking and wild camping, spending time in Snowden and the Peak District.

When he’s not scaling peaks, Tyler turns his hand to digital excursions, as he is a keen gamer, something he used to do professionally.

Tyler commented “Everyone at Preim has been so welcoming and helpful it feels like I have stepped into a big family, more than a business.”
