Community Day at Kingsgrove estate

At Preim, we believe that the best way to create great relationships at the estates we manage is through connecting with people face to face. Therefore we were delighted to spend a lovely and sunny day with the residents at Kingsgrove Wantage.

The community event was a great opportunity for people to meet with the developers St. Modwen, the residents’ committee and the Preim team. The Preim stall allowed residents to personally meet the team and ask any questions about the development such as the management of the different areas.

We also took the opportunity to inform residents about the upcoming annual residents meeting. Whitings Landscapes, Preim’s grounds maintenance contractor for Kingsgrove, were also at the stall giving residents advice on garden maintenance, and also answering questions on the maintenance of the communal grounds.

It was amazing to see the community at Kingsgrove coming together for some fun, making use of the neighbourhood spaces and helping to ensure Kingsgrove is a great place to live.
