A vacancy has arisen for an Assistant Customer Account Manager. Key responsibilities of the role:
Assistant Customer Account Manager: Role Responsibilities & Duties
- Based in our Peterborough office, homeworking when required by Government restrictions and by prior agreement with your line manager
- Reports to the Leasehold Block Manager
- Be the first point of contact for customers, responding to calls and emails and drafting communication to residents, contractors and developer clients
- Respond to customer issues in a timely, organised and professional manner and organising works with contractors
- Manage, develop and build strong working relationships with contractor supply chain
- Manage and update property documentation and Leasehold Block Manager’s diaries
- Assist in other administrative duties where required
