With over 20 years of experience in block, estate, and retirement management, Andrew brings a wealth of expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for fostering vibrant communities.

Andrew’s career journey has included various roles, where he has developed his ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex estates. His hands-on experience and focus on client and resident satisfaction make him a fantastic addition to the Preim team.

For Andrew, joining Preim was a natural choice. “Preim has a first-class reputation as a specialist in managing large residential estates and garden villages for leading developers and placemakers,” he shared. “The company’s dedication to engaging with and building communities, alongside a supportive and knowledgeable senior team, really drew me in.”

Key Responsibilities

In his role, Andrew will oversee a team of Estate Managers, ensuring the highest standards in areas such as:

·         Financial management and budget reviews.

·         Compliance with health and safety requirements.

·         Supporting team members in overcoming challenges and resolving resident issues.

·         Enhancing estate services through proactive leadership and collaboration.

Andrew’s initial focus will be on building strong relationships with his team, clients, and residents. At developments like Longbridge, near Birmingham, he’s already working to tackle minor issues such as vandalism and littering in collaboration with residents and his clients.

Beyond Work

Away from his desk, Andrew enjoys hiking in the Peak District and Wales, attending live music gigs, and cheering on his beloved West Bromwich Albion FC.
