The Encore Group, of which Preim is a part, is leading the way in enhancing engagement with residents, RMCs, developers and colleagues, with the launch of its new app, Places.
With the app, communication will be more regular, visual, and accessible, which will not only keep our residents better up to date but also offer an easy communication channel for them to interact with the company, the estate, and the wider community. It also meets the increasing demand for a reduction in paper-based correspondence.
Places has been designed to make life easier for residents, from viewing and settling service charges to reporting issues to asking questions and raising maintenance requests.
For example, when contacting Preim via Places, residents’ queries or maintenance requests will be automatically routed to the correct Preim team members and controlled via a back-end helpdesk system.
Places allows residents to keep up to date with news and alerts, which is particularly important in an emergency and when it comes to building safety notifications.
