A fantastic recent example has been the resurfacing of privately-owned roads in the development, which had become an eyesore and inconvenience for residents. The RMC, with the expertise and guidance of Preim, was able to initiate the resurfacing and effectively manage the project – with everything from tendering to cash flow analysis accounted for.
