Amy’s Arrival to Boost Our Health and Safety Commitment

Thursday 12th September 2024

We are delighted to welcome Amy Chudyba to Preim to join our growing team of Assistant Property Managers.

With her background in property coordination and a passion for expanding her knowledge in estate management, Amy is the latest fantastic addition to our specialist estate management team.

The main part of her role is managing the compliance on Preim’s portfolio. This includes analysing General Risk Assessments & Fire Risk Assessments, obtaining quotations for remedial works, ensuring these works are undertaken within the required timeframes, and communicating with residents as required in respect of any potential risks.

She will also eventually be overseeing works arising from tree surveys and play area surveys and ensuring that all other planned maintenance within our portfolio happens as required and that we receive the required documentation from our contractors.

Her arrival marks an important step in our ongoing commitment to investing in health and safety excellence and delivering exceptional service to our residents and communities.

Amy joins us after working as a property coordinator at an estate agency, where she managed rental tenancies, assisted tenants, and supported landlords. Having enjoyed that role, she sought to take her career further by diving deeper into property management, particularly the broader scope of block and estate management.

When the opportunity to join Preim presented itself, she was eager to come aboard. Amy said, “I had heard of Encore and Preim and was excited to join a team with people who had a great reputation.”

Amy is enthusiastic about the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, particularly in the health and safety space. She’s already been working on coordinating fire door checks and ensuring that updated regulations following the Grenfell tragedy are met. Block management, with its complex safety requirements, is another area she’s keen to tackle as she develops her expertise.

Property management isn’t just something that Amy takes seriously in her professional life; she also has a personal investment in the property market. As the owner of a rental flat, as well as owning the property she calls home, Amy is keen to further build her property portfolio to secure a future for her young son.

She said, “My work with Priem will help me understand the wider property market better, and I’m looking forward to transferring the skills I will learn in my work, into my investment property endeavors.”

Oliver Taylor, Head of Client Delivery, said, “We’re thrilled to have Amy on board and look forward to seeing her thrive within our team. Her arrival is a huge boost to our continued focus on improving the safety and well-being of the communities we serve.”

Outside of work, Amy has a passion for all things of a spooky nature – especially Halloween events. She and her partner love to visit scare mazes and scare events each October. She can’t wait to embark on some spooky adventures as the season approaches!

Welcome to the team, Amy!
