Our Estate Management and Accounts teams are amongst the most qualified within the sector. You could achieve MRICS status or become a Chartered Surveyor while being an Estate Manager. We have designed a programme which will take you through the Residential or Facility Management sector pathway. One of our MRICS will act as a Counsellor for you to be successful in achieving your MRICS qualification.

In house training

Our comprehensive in-house training programme was designed to be inclusive and interactive and to help our staff progress in their chosen career path. Each session complements their professional training and gives them the skills they need to deliver exceptional levels of service to Preim clients. Sessions take place regularly throughout the year and are delivered by experienced course leaders from our senior management team.
