Making places better starts with creating a great place to work
As part of the Encore group, we’re experienced at managing a range of residential estates and communities across England and Wales and are always on the lookout for passionate and resourceful people who are committed to providing exceptional service. If that’s you, we would very much like to hear from you.
We support and nurture our people so they can be their best selves. Technical excellence, quality and innovation is embedded within a culture of continuous learning. Our knowledge is shared through our internal training programme, as well as coaching and mentoring. We support people to obtain professional qualifications from the likes of IRPM, RICS, AAT, CIMA, ILEX and IWFM.
We have structured career pathways, especially in our core property management and accounting teams where there are opportunities to grow with increasing responsibilities and new career challenges. However we won't manage your talent, we will facilitate it, encourage it and nurture it.
Culture is the glue that binds everything together. We're all about communication, collaboration, teamwork – and having fun while we work.
Our people grow personally and professionally. We promote a culture which supports diversity and inclusion.
We know that you care about more than just money and perks (although we’re good at those too). It’s all the other factors that make a place somewhere you’d like to build your career and come to work every day. Here are some of the reasons we think you’ll love Preim.
We won’t leave you on your own. You’ll have regular one-to-one meetings with your manager as well as regular team meetings. These are designed to provide you with the support you need and with a forum to share experiences and solutions to common problems.
We’re big believers in qualifications because they demonstrate professionalism, commitment and a desire to improve. So we’ll back you. Our Estate Management and Accounts teams are amongst the most qualified within the sector. You could achieve MRICS status or become a Chartered Surveyor while being an Estate Manager. We have designed a programme which will take you through the Residential or Facility Management sector pathway. One of our MRICS will act as a Counsellor for you to be successful in achieving your MRICS qualification.
We won’t drown you. Portfolios are designed to allow property managers to be in control and be proactive, without being overloaded.
Nothing makes us prouder than seeing our people succeed. We’ve got lots of success stories of people being promoted from entry level positions to running large teams and becoming qualified in their professional area. With clearly mapped progression frameworks based on competencies, skills and experience, we’ll help you get to where you want to be.
Estate management is a team sport. We realise that we depend on one another to deliver for our clients. So we pitch in and work together to get the job done and help each other out. There’s no time for office politics or ‘computer says no’.
Even in professional services, you can only be as good as the tools you’re using. How can you do your work or manage a portfolio if you’re flying blind? We try to make your life easier by having systems and dashboards at your fingertips to help you do your job and focus on what’s important.
We believe in recruiting and nurturing exceptional new talent to the sector, helping to build careers in residential management. Whether you have finished your education or wish to change your career path and transfer your existing skills into our new and exciting environment, there's a path for you. Interested? Our successful 3 year programme will help progress you from an Assistant Property Manager into a Property Manager with a portfolio of estates – and achieving AssocRICS. In 5 years you could become MRICS. We have mapped out all the competencies and linked them to particular working experiences, so you will know the path to follow and recognise how you learn with everyday work.
We have apprentice schemes across various teams including Estate Management, Accounts and Facilities (site and mobile teams). These programmes will make sure you learn a profession gradually and will help you to build the foundations of your career.
Our comprehensive in-house training programme was designed to be inclusive and interactive and to help our staff progress in their chosen career path. Each session complements their professional training and gives them the skills they need to deliver exceptional levels of service to Preim clients. Sessions take place regularly throughout the year and are delivered by experienced course leaders from our senior management team.
